Homeowner Link provides an online platform that connects realtors and service ("Members") worldwide with tools and resources for home management, improvement, and related services.
2. Membership

6.2 Termination by User: You may terminate your monthly account at any time by following the instructions on our platform. Annual users may cancel their annual membership a t anytime however will not receive any refund.

7.1 Disclaimer: Homeowner Link provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our Services.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homeowner Link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
8. General Provisions
8.1 Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our platform.
8.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario,Canada.

9. Matchmaking and Business Success
9.1 Matchmaking Service: Homeowner Link may offer matchmaking or connection services to facilitate interactions between Members. However, we do not guarantee the success or outcome of any matches or connections made through our platform.
9.2 No Financial Obligation: Homeowner Link does not have any financial obligations to the businesses or individuals using our platform. We do not guarantee any financial outcomes from using our Services.
9.3 Use of Information: Members are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions with others on our platform. Homeowner Link is not responsible for any agreements, contracts, or disputes that arise between Members.
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Homeowner Link is not responsible for the success of any matches or connections facilitated through our platform, and we do not have any financial obligations to your business or endeavors.
